    Attention Abenaki Water Customers: This is an update regarding the planned system shutdowns necessary for the tank inspections at Village Shore Estates. Due to the lead time for special order materials, the system shutdowns have been rescheduled. The new dates are as follows:  2/5, 2/11 and 2/19. The system will be shut down from 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM on each of the above listed dates.  AWC has sent a letter to residents informing them of the schedule changes.     Attention Abenaki Water Customers: This is an update for the proposed plans for tank inspections that were set to occur on 1.27.20 and 2.3.20. Due to scheduling conflicts, we have had to reschedule our proposed inspection dates to Monday 2.3.20, Tuesday 2.4.20, and Tuesday 2.11.20. We have sent out a letter outlining these changes as of today 1.24.20 but we want to let all customers know that we will NOT be turning the water system off on Monday 1.27.20.     Due to repairs that will be done in the area of 19 Rocky Point on Tuesday January 7th there will be a disruption in water service between the hours of 8am to 5pm. We will post an update when water will be restored, please remember to run your water should you experience any discoloration. We apologize for any inconvenience.

    Attention Abenaki Water Customers: We have received numerous calls about homes having no water. A technician will be onsite to receive several bulk water deliveries this morning. We believe this is due to a higher demand during the holiday season in addition to our sources still recovering from the issues we had during the summer/fall months. If there are any questions, please contact our office at 603-293-8580. We will be posting periodically on the Abenaki Water Company website as we know more through out the day.

  • *Update* Tioga Belmont Customers

    Attention Abenaki Water Company Customers: This is an update on the water systems current status. As some of you may know, we had crews onsite today repairing a break in the water main. After repairing this main break, we found that the water system is keeping up with the daily demand better and we are hoping that we can discontinue bulk water deliveries. We are monitoring the system daily to make sure that we can keep up with the demand and will continue to update all residents with any new information. We had recently sent out notification stating that we will be turning off the pump station every evening but we will be discontinuing this as of today 12/23/19. If we should need to return to nightly shutdowns then we will update all customers accordingly, but in the meantime all customers can return to their normal water usage.     Attention Abenaki Water Customers: Abenaki Water Company will be performing excavation work tomorrow 12/19/19 on the water system to continue the ongoing efforts to resolve the bulk water deliveries that we have been receiving. During the hours of 8 AM to 5 PM you will experience water outages as we continue to investigate the ongoing system issue.

    In addition to crews being onsite for the water system work tomorrow, an Abenaki Water representative will be handing out door to door notifications to provide a more in depth outline of the current system status.
